Participants can enroll and attend from their own computer OR enroll and participate as part of a group** in your office. Whether you are attending as part of a group or as an individual, ALL participants MUST enroll themselves ONLINE before the day of the webcast.

  2. If this is your first visit to the site, click the New Student Registration button at the bottom of the page. Fill in all the fields under “New User Setup”. Click the Submit button.
  3. Next, point your mouse to the Catalog tab, and select Webcasts from the drop-down menu.
  4. Scroll down to find the title of the Webcast for which you are enrolling.
  5. Click the Enroll button beside this session.
  6. On the MyLearning page, you will now see that you are Enrolled in that webcast. You can Unenroll or View the webcast description from here.

**Group Participation: While it is recommended for everyone to enroll and participate as Individuals from their own computers, if you plan to join as part of a group, at least one person in the group must be enrolled and log on to the event as the Group Proctor. Click here for a copy of the CPE Sign-in Sheet. The CPE sign-in sheet must be completed and returned to within 24 hours of the webcast to collect CPE credit.

After you enroll, you will receive an email confirmation and a reminder email approximately 24 hours before the webcast.

On the day of the webcast:

  3. You will need to unmute your computer speakers to hear the audio. Alternatively, a teleconference is available upon request. Please contact LearnLive Support (888-228-4088 or if you will need to listen to the audio via Teleconference.
  4. Then click the "Launch My Web Event" button. (Only visible on the day of the webcast.)

Note: In order to receive CPE credit, you must be logged into the webcast on your computer for the duration of the program and be responsive to all polling questions. Group Proctors should poll participants and submit the majority response.

CPE Certificates: Continuing Professional Education credit is available for those who have registered and participated for the entire live webcast (including being responsive to ALL polling questions) and will be available as follows:

  1. For individual participants - by logging onto the after the session is completed and clicking on My Learning - Completed Items. Under the right column, click the Certificate button beside the completed webcast.
  2. For group participants - After receipt and processing of submitted group sign-in sheets, group participants will be proctored into LearnLive and will be notified when they can retrieve their certificates, following the steps above.
